THE ROLE
Product is at the heart of our business, and our product developers are a key part of bringing our creative visions to life. Working within the design team, we are looking for a product developer to support the design of our menswear jersey & denim categories.
The product developer will follow the full life cycle of a style from initial proto booking through to the creation of bulk production bill of materials. You will work very closely with the designers throughout the process, and liaise with other key departments such as buying and garment tech to ensure that our jersey & denim comes into the business at the correct cost and quality level.
We are looking for someone with a solid experience of product development, but do also welcome applications from those currently in a junior development role looking to step up.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Managing the day to day product development of the men's jersey & denim collections Coordinating samples and ensuring they are logged and passed to correct teams and set up for presentations Chasing prices from vendors, ensuring the buying team have full visibility for negotiations Working with design to manage bulk approvals Working with design to source new fabrics Ensuring development critical path is followed and all samples arrive on time Keeping supplier tracking documents and PIM system up to date Updating production bill of materials in tech packs Working closely with our factories in China, Turkey & Portugal, building good working relationships with these key partners Attending fit meetings, proto reviews and handover meetings to ensure continuity of style information Ordering of proto fabric and SMS fabric in accordance with the critical path Monitor sustainable attributes of all materials used, and proactively look for where material improvements can be made. Liaise with the environmental social governance team to ensure that sustainability credentials are correctly logged
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The role is one of four product developers, who collaborate together to ensure consistency in process across different categories. Each product developer works very closely with the design lead for their product area, with the product developer for jersey & denim reporting directly to the product development manager. The working culture is one of creativity and collaboration between designers and developers.

You love fashion and design! We need you to be an ambassador for AllSaints You'll have solid experience in a similar role with exceptional organisational skills You will be confident & proactive with the ability to hit the ground running Technical or design qualification / education preferred Experience working with factories in the Far East, Turkey & Portugal would be an advantage Computer literate - excel skills are essential, knowledge of google workspace would be an advantage Team player who is excited about working as part of a creative team A 'can do' attitude
