Professional Development Advisor (12m FTC)

Our client is a leading international law firm who are looking for a Professional Development Advisor to join their team in their London office on a 12-month FTC basis.The main responsibilities for the role will be to support all aspects of trainee, associate and counsel professional development for the London office. While working closely with their international Professional Development teams & HR Advisors.KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:Supporting and coordinating the delivery of legal and professional development training for London partners, counsel, associates and trainees.Coordinating and supporting the evaluation process for London trainees, associates and counsel.Coordinating the trainee programs including assisting in the seat placement of trainees.Providing career counselling and guidance for associates and counsel on professional development and practice issuesMonitoring trends and best practices in professional development and make recommendations.Coordinating and supporting departure logistics and exit interviews for associates and counsel leaving the firm.The Professional Development Advisor will ideally have 1-5 years experience in L&D, organisational development, HR, or a related field. The right candidate will have proven ability to develop and implement programs and initiatives. While also exercising skills in developing, analysing and reporting statistical information. It is essential to have excellent communication skills as the role involves dealing with people at various levels.
