This leading international law firm is looking for a Professional Development Manager to lead its Learning and Development agenda for their UK and European Associate population.
Working across a number of key areas for the business, you will be leading on coaching initiatives for all levels from NQ to Senior Associate, along with mentoring programs. You will lead on new joiner integration initiatives, and provide pastoral support and guidance to those across different points of their lifecycle within the business.
Along with the above you will identify training programs to address evolving associate needs and requests, and work with partners and internal colleagues to develop appropriate content. Working closely with office partners in the orchestration and refinement of annual programs, including general and local training for new associates across the London and European offices.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates who have qualified and practised law for at least 5 years and preferably hold a track record of mentoring, training and delivering associate programs.
This could also be a great opportunity for a qualified lawyer looking to move away from practice and focus on the learning and development space, who has had some involvement within this area in their current role.
