This is an opportunity for a Programme Delivery Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who deliver some of the UK's most ambitious Projects across different divisions and this role will see you become apart of their ambitious plan to shape the places where local economies can thrive and grow.

The role:

The Programme Delivery Manager will be providing strategic operational Management and leading the way with a multi-disciplinary team delivering on a �50 million East Sussex Framework over the next 6 years. You will see yourself delivering on complex work that will help shape the community around you.

• Management of the Design and Construction resources and programme team
• Carry out periodic safety and environmental tours
• Lead Periodic risk reviews
• Identify longer term strategic training
• Set targets and SPI's in line with project objectives and monitor performance
• Ensure site audits are undertaken and take appropriate actions on the findings

Requirements:

• Experience of Civil Engineering / Construction
• Proven track record in managing and leading large teams
• Demonstrable experience of strategy innovation
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience working within the Highways sector would be desirable
