Our client an very well established road management organisation is now looking for a Project manager/Administrator to join the team.To fulfil the role of Project Management Officer who will establish and maintain a centre of excellence for administrative processes around service and works delivery.The RoleProvide support to Roads and Tunnels Teams in works delivery as and when requiredAttend projects or subcontractor meetings and record, file and circulate Meeting Minutes as requiredCommunicate and liaise with supply chain/monitor supply chain performance when requiredProvide support to monitor project performance and facilitate continuous improvement when requiredPrepare incident and accident (Section 14) report on monthly basisEstablish and own commercial and operational trackersManage Abnormal Loads mailbox with 3 days response turnaroundRaise and close down road space permits for all works on weekly basisIssue the Road Space Bulletin on weekly issueIssue Winter Service notice daily during the winter seasonProvide support in subcontractor tender and management processProvide support for records keeping for transportation and plantOwn the filing structure and maintain document controlEnsure that all works related documentation is filed correctlyFollow procurement process when ordering materials as per stock take sheetsProcess scaffoldings and hoarding applications and updates of current licencesIf you have the skills and experience please apply.Create a job alert and receive personalised job recommendations straight to your inbox.
