We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator/Manager to join a rapidly growing healthcare organisation committed to improving the patient journey through innovative technology solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Client Liaison:

  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and project requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Efficient Onboarding and Integration:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including developers, service desk and end-users) to streamline processes.

Project Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.
