Property & Lettings Manager - Key Duties:
Develop lettings practices for vetting applicants
Carry out viewings as required
Full ownership of the lettings & management function
Day to day maintenance of the flats – reactive and planned
AST renewals
Change of tenants, check in/out and deposit returns
Carry out inspections and act on the findings
Training, delegating and managing the team administrator
Property & Lettings Manager – Person Profile:
ARLA qualified
Rounded experience in residential property management
Ideally some experience or interest in the lettings side.
Business Development minded
Organised and independent
Team player, collaborative and great communicator
Driving licence is essential
SW London knowledge is preferred
Property & Lettings Manager – Salary Guide:
£35,000 - £40,000
Commission on lettings deals
Hours: 9am – 5:30 pm + viewings when requested
