Quality Services - Construction/Site Management

We have an excellent opportunity for a CONSTRUCTION / SITE MANAGER - with our Client based in Aldermaston, Reading, Berkshire.
Current / Active SC level Security Clearance is required for this role.
Workers are required full time on-site as per the 9-day working fortnight.
The successful Candidate will provide:
Construction/Site Management to monitor construction activities relating to the Modular Laboratories Programme.
Maintain daily diaries including actual hours worked for all internal packages and provide information to the Principal Contractor.
Undertake weekly programme reviews based on PLoWs and Contractor’s accepted programmes.
Provide weekly report incorporating planned vs actual progress including narrative for any delays caused per package.
Coordinate and monitor ongoing sub-contractor construction activities.
