Salary: £40000-50000Location: BuckinghamshireRegion: BerkshireWe are looking for an experienced Highways QS to work within the Berkshire and Oxfordshire areas. Schemes will be in Aylesbury, High Wycome and also in Oxford.Working for a leading Highways and Civils contractor you will be working within the team already consisting of 2 QS’s and a commercial assistant and you will work closely with the client in order to reach the best outcomes.Duties/requirements:Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team membersMeasurement of works and agreement of same with client and subcontractorsAgreement of payment of subcontractor accounts – monitoring of accountsMust be conversant with NEC forms of contractMust of recently worked within the highways sectorWorks – Civils – Road construction experienceOnly apply if you have RECENT highways experience.(3-5 years).If this is of interest by submit your CV ASAP or alternatively contact James on 07484 829 331 to discuss in detail.
