As a
Quoting and Sales Enablement Specialist , you will play a critical role in empowering our sales team with data estimations to increase B2B Media Group’s opportunity pipeline. You will work closely with our campaign management team to manage the deal desk function, which serves as the central hub from opportunity identification to deal closure. You will collaborate closely with sales to ensure that deals are structured in a way that maximizes value for the company while meeting the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities Lead the deal desk function, serving as the primary point of contact for deal structuring, pricing and negotiationWork closely with our partners to gather, analyze, and consolidate different sets of data in a fast paced environment - 5-10 quotes per day. You will need an analytical mindset! Work closely with the campaign management team to understand challenges and riskAnalyze campaign performance of key clients and structure deals accordinglyWork closely with sales leadership to understand deal requirements, objectives, and customer needs, and provide guidance on deal strategy and pricingAnalyze deal profitability and risk factors, and provide recommendations to sales leadership to optimize deal structuresCollaborate with line managers to review and approve pricing ensuring compliance with company margin requirements Partner with senior management to develop pricing strategies for new products and services, and ensure alignment with market dynamics and competitive positioning Must-have experience Proven 2+ years of experience working in a business-to-business Deal Desking role or similar, ideally within Demand GenerationAble to work under pressure and manage large workloads at times with a drive to succeedProven administration, organizational and prioritizing experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMS Office Suite, Excel is a must, Google Suite, and CRM knowledge i.e. Salesforce Agile, independent thinker with a positive attitude that enables learning and flexibility“Can-do” attitude and a genuine desire to help clients.
