(It’s also renowned for having THE best holiday allowances alongside reduced working hours over the school holidays with no reduction in salary – but shhhh, don’t tell everyone!)It’s a fast paced and ever-changing day during term time, with early starts and some late finishes across the week, and a full territory-based recruitment role; sales, business development, candidate interviews and placement, client visits. Your hard work is rewarded well in commission (it's not unheard of to be taking home £60K+), a dynamic team environment, career progression, (and those holidays!). This is more than just a Recruitment “numbers” role; you will see the benefits of your hard work every week when you visit schools and see your teachers in action. For this client, I’m looking for three people to join a high achieving team. Ideally you will be experienced in education recruitment or similar high volume temps recruitment and not afraid of the phone.
