Job Description: We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in within the recruitment sector, with a deep understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends. As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.


• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for various roles.


• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support.


• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.


• Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably within the permanents division.


• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.


• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.


• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
