Job description:

Athona's Nursing division is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on an older Adults role in Crawley. In this role you will join a small, dedicated team in providing direct support to military veterans from all branches, including the Army, RAF, NAVY, and Marines. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, conducting assessments, coordinating with external mental health and wellbeing services, offering supportive calls during care pathways, and managing risk factors related to veterans' mental health. Additionally, provide triage for new referrals and offer appropriate signposting services. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting veterans' wellbeing.

The role will be commencing ASAP for 3 Months initially with a potential to be extended
