• Night 20.40-7.20am

Rates: weekday:£28 Saturday :£35, Sunday :£40

Job description:

Athona's Nursing division is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a leadership role within a CAMHS Inpatient Ward. In this role, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users within the PICU environment. Responsibilities include conducting regular assessments, implementing individualised care plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patients' progress and response to treatment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive and integrated care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to working with young people in crisis. Experience or interest in working within a PICU setting is desirable.

The role will be commencing ASAP for 3 Months initially with a potential to be extended
