Job description:

Athona's Nursing division is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a role within a Crisis team. In this role, you will conduct rapid assessments, develop crisis management plans, and deliver immediate interventions to support individuals in distress. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and emergency services, you will ensure timely and effective crisis resolution and facilitate access to appropriate follow-up care and support services. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, crisis intervention expertise, and the ability to work calmly and decisively in high-pressure situations. A commitment to providing compassionate and responsive care to individuals in crisis is essential.

The role will be commencing ASAP for 3 Months initially with a potential to be extended
