Regulatory Affairs Manager

Are you an experienced Regulatory/Compliance Manager with a background in Healthcare/Medical Devices? Are you looking for a new challenge with an innovative, growing organisation?Key InformationWork From Home, Hybrid, Yorkshire and HumberManager to act as subject matter expert on regulatory and compliance-related matters.You will be a key point of contact for relevant regulatory bodies and provide support and guidance to other senior managers and Directors. This will be a hybrid role and can be mostly remote, with occasional work from the office in North Yorkshire. Role Overview:Design, implement and optimize procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and legislation. Monitor and communicate any changes in the regulatory and legislative landscape relevant to the business. Act as point of contact for external regulators. Maintain and optimise risk management strategies and policies. Implement and oversee policies and procedures within the company’s ISO13485 QMS from a regulatory perspectiveTo be considered...Requirements:A strong background in compliance, ideally within a healthcare setting.Strong working knowledge of relevant regulations and standards including ISO9001, ISO13485, UK MDR and GDPR. Experience liaising with regulatory bodies such as the CQC and MHRA. In return:This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative healthcare services provider with a competitive remuneration package.
