Responsible to: Front of House Manager

About the Role: Supporting Front of House Manager to efficiently run our 5-star eatery and ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to all guests.

This is a permanent role, working 39 hours per week over 5 days. Rate of pay is starting from £12.80 per hour, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery

Be attentive even during busy periods to ensure the team is assisted if needed and service is running smoothly, always keeping our impeccable quality of service

Health & Safety

Maintain impeccable cleanliness, food quality and service standards

People

Lead the front-of-house team and managing floor operations
Provide training, support and development to staff
Being the face of the restaurant - being friendly, approachable and energetic toward customers, staff and other stakeholders

About You

Have previous experience working in hospitality, preferably in a similar role
Have strong interpersonal skills with people at all levels with experience leading and developing a team
Be able to plan and prioritise your own and your teams workload and deal with conflicting deadlines
Be proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Have a passion for food & customer service
Demonstrate ability of delivering high levels of service in a quality, ideally 5-star, fast-paced restaurant environment
Have the ability to excel under pressure in a busy, dynamic environment
