Risk & Compliance Manager (Insurance) Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum | Location: London An expanding Lloyd's / London Market insurer seeks someone with either Insurance Risk / Compliance experience. This role reports into the Chief Risk Officer and the main purpose is to ensure effective governance, risk management, and internal control processes, integrating assurance activities from Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance. Key responsibilities will include maintaining and developing a Combined Assurance Framework, leading the implementation of recommendations from reports, overseeing projects, developing KRIs for the Risk and Compliance Committee, assisting with the design of the internal audit program, assisting with the review of all reports on the managing agency and managed Syndicate, collaborating with operations to spearhead technological improvements, and assisting with other Risk and Compliance matters as appropriate.Our client is committed to diversity in all of its forms and operates an inclusive recruitment process.Reference: WD/HQ00004945
