Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Roving Facilities Manager for an initial nine month contract opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm. The role will involve oversight of several sites and buildings throughout central London. The position will involve some duties that can be completed from home / office but will also involve a number of days on site across a mixture of office, retail and industrial sites and buildings.Responsibilities of the Roving Facilities Manager will include:
Delivery of a legally compliant, safe, customer focussed environmentsStakeholder interaction to maintain and grow working relationshipsCoordination and completion of property inspectionEnsuring compliance with risk management practicesHealth & Safety risk assessmentsSupplier / contractor managementSustainability management and routine reporting
Qualifications and experience required:
Multi-site FM experienceExperience managing service charge budgetsIOSH or NEBOSH qualificationMembership of a professional body such as IWFM or equivalent
