a particular interest in rural & agricultural matters

sole Rural Property Partner
of a
leading regional firm
?
This Legal 500-ranked firm is searching for a Senior Associate or
Partner
to join the team within
any of their regional offices
. As their new Rural/Agricultural Property partner, you’ll have the prestige of being
the only partner within your particular specialism
within the firm. It is encouraged that you bring your network of contacts and clients along with you, allowing you the opportunity and freedom to
establish yourself as a leading figure within your sphere of law,
driving your own development as well as that of the firm’s rural property offering.
You will be conducting
non-contentious
work under the umbrella of rural property matters, offering
bespoke agricultural advice
based on your years of experience and passion for agricultural property law. In becoming this firm’s newest partner and only specialist in rural property matters, you will situate yourself in the
prime position
to
advise your clients and junior members of the firm
from a location that suits you, helping the firm to establish its rural l property division and service new and existing clients with your well-honed expertise. Whilst you, and your clients, will benefit from the expertise of the firm’s wider real estate offering.
For this role, you’ll ideally have:
8+ years PQE
as an Agricultural or Rural Property Solicitor or Partner
Experience advising landowners, farmers, and rural businesses as well as landed estates on an array of property-related matters, including strategic land and option agreements.
Do you take pride in your line of work by way of membership of an association that relates to this sphere of law? We are looking for individuals with a clear passion for their work, ideally exemplified by memberships to the
Agricultural Law Association
and/or
Country Land and Business Association.
