Respond to customer queries by phone, email and digital platforms
Greeting customers who visit the showroom
Registering visits and projects
Issuingquotations
Process orders and sample requests
Monitor project progression of orders
Assist accounting department where required
Administrative and clerical support
Liaising with freight companies
Handling complaints
Maintain showroomSkills &Experience: Experience in similar role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office-Suite
Exceptionalcustomer service skills.
