Page 1 Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a specialist comparison platform in Cardiff. Due to continued growth, our client is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. As a business, our client offers a friendly and supportive work environment, providing real opportunities for growth and development for the right person.

As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with other members of the Business Development team, and some of your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective clients.


• Working towards team and individual targets.


• Building strong relationships with potential new partners.


• Composing multiple emails per day to maximise conversion.


• Some account management.


• Growing the business partner network.


• Working closely with other departments within the business.

Key skills required for this role:

• At least 1 year of B2B telesales experience.


• Experience in nurturing leads and building relationships with business prospects from the initial contact to converted customers.


• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).


• Passion for making direct outbound telemarketing calls.


• Strong team player.
