We are delighted to be recruiting a Sales and Lettings Negotiator for our Client who is based in Fairford.� This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a busy team in a growing business.

Sales & Lettings Negotiator Role:�������������������

• Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office


• Deal with telephone and internet enquiries


• Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations


• Conduct viewings of properties for sale and for let�


• Perform the duties of a Progressor


• Administer contract paperwork in relation to sale and rental properties


• Recording and reporting of maintenance issues


• Update window displays and website


• Compose marketing literature


• Undertake direct marketing


• Update social media sites


• Provide office cover when required

Sales & Lettings Negotiator Skills and Experience:����������������������������

• Be well presented and confident


• Have great interpersonal and communication skills


• Be computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word


• Be articulate with good written skills


• Work well under pressure


• Be approachable at all times


• Able to work independently or as part of the team.


• You must have a driving licence and a car
