Wedding Sales Manager

Salary up to 40,000 per year plus a bonus structure

What you will be doing as a Wedding Sales Manager:

  • Report to the Sales and Marketing Manager
  • Operate and maintain a computerised system for responding, co-ordinating and tracking sales enquiries, bookings and availability.
  • Ensure the company remains competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
  • Monitor, coordinate and communicate event bookings.
  • Management of customer feedback includes responding to guest problems and complaints relating to Weddings and Events.
  • Liaise and maintain a relationship with other departments to ensure the effective, efficient, and smooth running of events.
  • Assist in promotional and marketing activities.
  • Ensure a prompt and professional response and follow-up to sales enquiries.
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual sales and events targets.
  • Attend workshops, exhibitions and promotional events where required.
  • Work closely with other members of the events team.
  • Assist with updates and postings to Social Media sites.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in Wedding Co-ordination.
  • Experience in Weddings in the Irish market
  • A track record of making sales.
  • Experience with Rezlynx or another PMS.
  • Preferred experience with Photoshop and Adobe.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
