Job Description1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive ISP Broadband Sales and marketing initiatives in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.2. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.3. Drive revenue growth by identifying market opportunities, establishing sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.4. Design and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional) to increase brand awareness, market penetration, and customer engagement.5. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in product offerings.6. Develop pricing strategies, promotional activities, and value propositions that resonate with the target market and drive customer acquisition.7. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as product development, customer support, and finance to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales and marketing plans.8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers to expand the company's network and enhance brand positioning.9. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly.10. Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market developments to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP / Broadband industry.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a high-performing sales and marketing team, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and market expansion.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.

Proficiency in utilizing CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant sales and marketing technologies.

A visionary leader with a passion for innovation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In-depth knowledge of broadband technologies, services, and market dynamics in the UK. (preferred but not mandatory)
