Our client is rapidly growing and has created a new role of Senior Aftercare Advisor to contribute to the further development of the Aftercare team and their client's experience. Working closely with the Aftercare Manager, you'll ensure smooth property handovers and proactively manage any defects during the liability period.Your responsibilities will span from coordinating aftercare processes to conducting on-site inspections as a trusted representative of our esteemed company.Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Protecting our brand through excellent client interactions and issue resolution
* Adapting to dual responsibilities of office work and on-site interactions across Greater London
* Scheduling repair work and effectively communicating with residents.
* Building strong rapport with clients and estate agents to ensure positive feedback
* Utilizing defect reporting systems efficiently and maintaining detailed records
* Providing administrative support and assisting with managerial duties as needed
* Reactively coordinating engineers for immediate work and managing defect remedials
* Collaborating with internal departments to improve service delivery and KPIs
* Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries and maintenance updates
* Delivering training to clients on our systems and assisting in future employee trainingSkills & Experience Required:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with snagging or clerk of work experience preferred
* Solid understanding of residential new homes, aftercare, and common defects
* Proficiency in reading floor plans, legal documentation, and budgets
* Desire for continual improvement and learning
* Strong numeracy skills for financial monitoring
