Your responsibilities will stretch from leading a dynamic team and other Project Architects in tackling both technical and design challenges, to fostering client relationships that are built on trust and mutual respect. You'll have the chance to apply your creative thinking to develop innovative solutions and oversee the creation of complex, detailed documents that bring design concepts to life.The studio is searching for someone who can confidently lead development of code analysis, manage the technical resolution and coordination for projects, and ensure that all implementation documents conform to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your role will also involve making critical decisions that influence project outcomes, writing reports or specifications, and preparing compelling client presentations.Your background should include an accredited Master’s degree in Architecture (RIBA Part III or an equivalent), ARB registration, and typically, 15+ years of professional experience. A sustainable design accreditation would be an advantage, as would proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools, alongside graphic software like Photoshop and InDesign.This position is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to lead within a studio known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable design.
