Our client is offering an exciting career path which includes international assignments.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll own the brand P&L and be responsible for achievement of financial targets.Measurement is against NR, GM and PC.Achievement of defined Nielsen objectives: Market share, penetration / loyalty/ andfrequency etc, as relevant.You can translate brand values to shopper experience through shopper insights,develop joint promotions, point of sales material and tailor made packaging.Delivery of NPD projects on time.You are passionate about the development of others and will be responsible for thedevelopment of the Assistant Brand Manager/Graduate Trainee to Brand Managerlevel.Annually put in place at least 2 new concept/new initiative testing plots to build thebusiness in the long term.QualificationsEducated to a high standard, with successful marketing experience gained in FMCG,OTC or retail, we want someone who has the hunger and desire to take our businessto the next levelExposure to managing TV advertised brandsAction-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problemSolving and driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.Strong conceptual and analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics andmeasurable implementation.Ambitious and motivated to take on responsibility in an organisation that provides ahigh level of autonomy and individual responsibility.Leadership and management skills, capable of developing Assistant BrandManager/Graduate Trainee to Brand Manager levelStrong interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships andinfluencing and customers and internal teamsYou’ll demonstrate financial and commercial acumen when identifying businessissues/opportunitiesStrong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issuesAn interest and passion for entrepreneurship is critical. We want you to think outsidethe boxFluent in English with at least one other language preferred;
