Job Description
Senior Building Manager - Leading Managing Agent - West End, London - Up to £80k + Package
Are you a seasoned Building Manager looking for a new challenge? My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Senior Building Manager for a portfolio of 3 multi tenanted commercial buildings in The West End, London.
As the Senior Building Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of the properties, through implementation of ESG initiatives, upgrades and project works as well as mentoring 2 Assistant Building Manager's across the sites.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in building management, as well as a strong understanding of sustainable building practices. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will be working closely with a team of maintenance and facilities staff.

Responsibilities:
Management of a best in class FM service provision to multiple tenants in this fantastic building.
Oversight of Environmental and Sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.
Daily tenant liaison, forming close working relationships with tenants and clients on site.
Service charge budget preparation, management and reconciliation of around £2.5 million per annum
Implementation and management of sustainable building practices.
Health & safety management.
Hard and soft service contractor management.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have 5 + years experience in a similar role with service charge budget experience.
MIWFM (Desirable but not essential)
IOSH/ Nebosh certificate
