Stagwell was founded in 2015 with the aim to bring together a collaborative group of pioneering and successful marketing and media digital-first agencies.About the role:We're looking for a Senior Designer to be based in our London office working in the Creative Solutions team, under the Art Director (reporting to the Creative Director). Responsible for supporting creative requests from all areas of the Ink business including marketing and sales material across print, digital and social media assets. Role Responsibilities: Design outstanding marketing material, social ads, presentations and print layouts.Produce digital assets across a wide range of formats including email, mobile and social media.Use pre-set guidelines to ensure consistency with brand guidelines. Provide design solutions to briefs.Ensure quality, compliance, and integrity across all work delivered.Source and select appropriate imagery and graphical assets and apply within brand guidelines.Work closely with the Art Director to ensure creative development is aligned and evolves alongside the service look and feel.Effective management of own personal workload.Support and step in for Art Director when required.Support less experienced designers, acting as an approachable role model.Create templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiencies.We're excited if you have:3+ years of experience working at a creative agency or similar.BA or equivalent in Graphic Design or similarAn exceptional portfolio, showing a range of design applications.Expertise in Adobe CC, PowerPoint, and Keynote.Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD and After Effects is a welcome bonus.Experience in creating templates and style guides.A proven track record as a team player and able to multi-task.Excellent communication skills.Proven attention to detail.Excellent conceptual creative (from mocks to artwork delivery)Experience in technical aspects of digital delivery across various formats/platforms.Print process knowledge.Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skillsAbility to work as part of a team and manage simultaneous projects.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.Maintains composure under pressure.What Ink can offer you:We know that we are nothing without our people and that they determine the journey we are going on together.
