Senior HR Manager

We are currently recruiting for our client who are looking to recruit a HR Manager to drive the people agenda on site. Working with all of the senior leadership�team it will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to ensure consistency of process across the site, adhering to legislative requirements and developing the people to ensure strong talent pipe lining.�

Leading a small team, this will not be your first role as a Manager. You will ideally be able to demonstrate that you have worked in a highly challenging environment and led change agenda's at site, you will be able to switch from the day to day duties to supporting and driving the overall people strategy.�

You must have operated in an FMCG environment, ideally food. You will be CIPD qualified and have a strong communication style with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels�
