Senior IT Leader / IT Project Delivery Manager - Software, CRM, SAAS, SalesReference:SB/SeIt/01Sector:Change & Digital Transformation, Development and IntegrationTown/City:Kingston Upon ThamesContract Type:PermanentClosing Date:13/11/2023Role: Senior IT Leader/IT Project Delivery Manager Location: Kingston Upon Thames (Onsite daily)Salary: £100k per annumContract: PermanentSenior IT Leader / IT Project Delivery Manager required to work in a dynamic sales environment in Kingston Upon Thames. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work with the executive leadership team of the organisation to help shape and grow the IT function within the organisation. This will include working with the business leaders (Finance, HR & Marketing) to identify, procure and implement systems to help mature the organisations IT maturity and capabilities, ensuring clear business benefits are identified to the executive team. Your primary duties will involve Project Managing serval concurrent small to medium sized IT Projects which will require you to have solid end to end project management skills. You will be line managing a small multi-function project delivery team consisting of Project Managers, BA’s & Testers. This will include managing, coaching and developing the team technically and professionally in creating succession planning opportunities for staff.Suited candidates must have experience in delivering Software Development projects, CRM projects and a proven track record in building & creating high performing software development teams, through a collaborative approach with SAAS providers.This job requires in individual to work onsite in Kingston Upon Thames 5 days a week.
