Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 plus very high bonus Location: London Region: LondonA highly active Residential Developer within London/ Greater London urgently require a Senior Land Manager to acquire sites within London and 1 hours commute to the city.Sites can be purchased unconditionally, STP and consented, the use of agency contacts is actively promoted and they will buy deals providing numbers stack and the remit of requirements are met.The company concerned have new, modern, purpose built offices and have purchased a number of deals in the last 12 months equating to in excess of 500 units. They actively promote entrepreneurial working methods and have an excellent structure in place to allow anyone with the ability, hunger and desire to do 100+ unit acquisitions to flourish and be successful in their environment.To be successful in getting for selected in this role you must have:At least 5 years experience in Land AcquisitionHave a detailed knowledge of running financial appraisalsSound knowledge of legal agreementsExperience of developing feasibilities with architects and consultantsExperience of dealing with the UK & London Planning system and experience of managing full planning applications and dealing with Local Authorities.Be able to make both verbal and written bid submissions and reportsHave an extensive, reliable list of agents, site finders and site owners.In return the successful candidate will work in fantastic, modern surroundings with many facilities, have a stable position with a long established developer, be able to do deals if the remit objectives are met and earn a higher bonus based on individual results than from virtually any other developer in London, you have the opportunity to easily double your salary if you deliver results.This genuinely is a fantastic opportunity with an established entrepreneurial developer, please send your CV or call Pinnacle offices and ask for Jon Moss
