Salary: £85,000 + package + bonusLocation: LondonRegions: London, South EastA high profile privately owned Developer urgently require a Senior Land Manager to deliver on sites in London.The developer concerned is currently building around 500 units a year, all of which are high specification flats that are selling for around £1000 per sq. ft.Sites are generally acquired in zones 3 – 6 and will be consented or subject to planning.The developer is very entrepreneurial and the successful applicant will also demonstrate these skills and abilities.They are a very openminded, progressive and ambitious Developer that is looking for a Senior Land Manager that can deliver on site acquisitions to be built on.Responsibilities will include site identification, acquisition and taking the Sites through planning and design stages.The right applicant will have experience and contacts in London so they are able to deliver sites quickly and have exposure on delivering sites that can contain 40 units and above (flats).In return you will gain a very good salary, excellent bonus scheme, a vehicle and many other benefits including progression to a more senior role once targets are reached.
