The OpportunityThis role sits within Craigmore Sustainables Financial Services (FinCo) an entity of Craigmore Sustainables Limited. You will be led by a well-established Finance Manager and join a team that supports multiple business units within the horticulture sector.Responding to queries and providing financial insights that allow operations to run more effectively will be your mandate. You will have an inquisitive mind to look behind the numbers so as to add value not only throughout the month but during the fast-paced month end. You will utilise your relationship building skills and build strong connections with key stakeholders and your attention to detail, analysis skills and ability to deliver key metrics around financial and operational data will second to none! Your RoleDelivery of the monthly management accounts and associated reportingProviding individual business unit managers with variance analysis and commentarySupporting business unit managers with queries, questions and ad-hoc projectsDeveloping and monitoring the budget and forecast performance for each business unitOverseeing cash-flow and delivery of CAPEX reporting Your ProfilePreferably CA or CPA qualifiedExperience in an end-to-end Management Accountant or Assistant Management accountant roleExposure to working in a business with a large asset base / multiple entities or divisions is preferredStrong user of Excel with the ability to model data and develop KPI / bench marking reportsHave experience working with an established / large ERP system In returnYou will be provided with a broad and varied role with a competitive salary in a positive, supportive and flexible working environment.
