I am working with a business that are super busy in Manchester at the minute, with a strong order book for 2024, 25 and into 26 too. The office in Manchester, are building some of the city's most iconic new projects and are one of the house hold names in the Contracting world. The business, are about to secure a new project with an exisiting client of theirs and so, are needing to recruit a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.�

As Senior QS, you will be responsible for running your own project which will be in the heart of the city centre. The value of this, is circa �30m and is under a JCT D&B form of contract. You will be responsible for managing both a QS and an Assistant/Trainee. Whilst reporting directly into Commercial Manager.�

Overview of Business:�

Circa �90m Turnover in Manchester office alone�

Sectors: PRS, Student Accomodation, Commercial, Education, Science, Industrial, Healthcare. With projects typically ranging from �10m to �100m.�
