Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
Looking to work on a £700m+ Data Centre project for a large leading Construction firm? Impero are currently hiring for a Senior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Electrical Quantity Surveyor for this current and future projects. This is a project for a top 4 hyperscale client.
Package
£90-115k Basic Salary.
5% Pension Match, 21 - 25 days holiday (length of service), Long Term Sickness Cover.

The Job
Validate tender following award of project with the Project Manager/Director
Assist in preparation of project CCS by analysing the tender and project requirements.
Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence in consultation with the Project Manager/Director
Where applicable, carry out site measures with Construction and Planning Teams in accordance with contractual procedures.
You
Bring an innovative approach to challenge existing methods and procedures, offering alternatives.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management or equivalent
5-10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying in the construction industry
