As a UI Designer at Haiper, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user interface of our products. You will work closely with our teams of designers, engineers, and product/project managers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that amuse our users and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
Create visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations to enhance user experience and brand identity
Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs and improve usability
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our design processes and output
Advocate for user-centred design principles and best practices within the organisation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Proven experience as a UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Extensive experience in Figma is a must
Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for web, mobile, and other digital platforms
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
