Sous Chef

Our client in Dover is looking for a Sous Chef with an immediate start

This is a temporary role for up to 4 weeks, working 06:30 - 14:00 Monday to Friday

Main duties include:

* Catering for up to 200 covers per day

* Preparing fresh plates of food during Breakfast and lunch

* Working with the Catering Manager on the menu cycles

Salary: Up to �15 per hour
