You shouldn’t expect anything less from a professional safety company.Main responsibilitiesManagement of the physical and electronic stock of the company purchased, stored, transported and fitted onto customers sitesManagement and control of the two main stores – Cheltenham and BristolCarrying out weekly and monthly stock level checks as requiredPhysical replenishment of stores stock deliveriesChecking that delivery notes match orders and invoices and rectifying any discrepanciesHigh quality packing to ensure no damage to partsEngineer stock requests fulfilmentReturn processingReporting low stock levels or empty shelvesReturning warranty and faulty partsAssist with coordination of parts and stock directly with customers if requiredHire stock support and deliveryChecking and returning unused items for stockOperating and updating the electronic stock management systemPurchasing ordersCommunicating with suppliers on delivery statusCommunicating with customers on delivery status where requiredAssisting and reporting faulty, warranty, damaged parts and the returns process to achieve best possible value for the companyDirect support to both the Finance Manager and Directors.Excellent communication with customers and colleagues, replying instruction receivedAssisting ordering specific partsTelephone support to the office team during the busiest timesAssist with stores and workshops tidiness and cleanlinessManagement and sales of unused stock through eBay or other third-party mediumAdding or removing parts or equipment to be held in stock itemsChecking and returning unused items for stock.The packageFull time – the role will be office based and the working hours will be full time are Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5.00pm, Fridays will finish one hour earlier.Dependant on the candidate’s skills and experience we are offering a basic salary of £28,000.00 – £30,000.00 per annum.
