Job Title: Store Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus up to 30% bonus paid throughout the year

As a Store Manager you will have total responsibility for leading and developing your team to deliver exceptional service to your customers and exceed targets and expectations.
Ideal Candidate

• You will be an engaging Store Manager and leader who is passionate about your team and the customer journey
• You will have experience of managing in a service led environment
• You will thrive on developing your team to deliver first class customer experience and excel in driving your stores sales performance
• You will be a positive, people focused, customer centric Store Manager
• You will be able to prioritise, anticipate changes and implement effective recommendations

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store and the team
• You will take control and deliver impressive results through your team
• You will communicate effectively and resolve problems with clear direction
• You’ll always lead by example - rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. It’s how you’ll encourage everyone else to give that little bit more
• You’ll make sure that customer journey is at the heart of everything you do and every decision you make
