Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and aiding with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products. while ensuring efficient communication between the staff.


• Monitoring compliance and ensuring company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.


• Managing products, which includes maintaining accurate records, conducting stock counts, and resolving any discrepancies.


• Plan and ensure resources are in order to meet daily operational requirements, maximizing productivity.


• Train, give guidance, and provide regular feedback to staff in order to progress their skills and abilities, enabling them to carry out their duties effectively.


• Work and communicate along side other departments.


• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards.


• Prepare reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement.

Warehouse Supervisor personal skills:

• Excellent Communicational Skills.


• Ability to work well under pressure.


• Microsoft efficient (Outlook, Excel, Word)


• Leader ship qualities.


• Physically fit.


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Hours of work:

Friday To Tuesday� �08.00 to 17.00

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 weeks

Pay: From �27,500.00 per year
