Position Available : Supplier Development Manager
Location : Stevenage - Dynamic Working Hours
Salary : Up to £50,000
Experience needed : Experience in ensuring effective supplier performance, capability and risk management, and implementing both Legacy and cutting-edge technologies.

We are currently looking for a Supplier Development Manager to work in our team who primarily focus on navigation and sensor technologies.
In this role you will support the team in:
Influencing the evolution of the company's business environment
Improving internal working practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Handling supplier performance in terms of delivery and quality
Collaborating with fellow procurement professionals, with internal collaborators (internal customers, procurement colleagues, technical and quality authorities,) and with key suppliers
Influence training and development programmes in Procurement and Quality knowledge
What we need from you:
Experience of supply chain management/Supplier Development Manager in the Aerospace, Defence or Manufacturing environments is desirable
