Job DescriptionWe are looking for skilled and experienced individual to join our Digital team as a Systems Support Analyst.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the development of software products and applications.Eliciting and briefing functional requirements through process mapping.Ensuring systems are operating within business standards.Contributing to systems planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.Conducting and presenting a feasibility analysis for proposed systems projects.Establishing key performance indicators.Analysing project and systems data, producing insights to optimize performance.Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining systems documentation and reports.Maintaining systems contracts and financials.QualificationsDegree in a STEM subject or related field.1 – 2 years of experience.Strong Excel skills required, SQL and Power BI experience desired.Knowledge of common technology stacks.An understanding of the software product lifecycle.Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A keen attention to details, strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
