When we say we inspire people to go places, we mean everyone.As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of recruitment, including proactive sourcing, screening and offering of new talent within all European offices. The successful candidate will have experience working with employees across all levels of business, from entry to executive level, as well as building relationships with external organisations to help maintain MMGY as an employer of choice.Role Responsibilities:Act as point of contact for new requisition requests from hiring managers (HM) across European regionEdit job descriptions from HMs and use content to draft and post accurate, persuasive, attractive job ads that attract high-quality talentManage consistent, engaging applicant experience, including the initial resume screening and distribution, scheduling interviews, scheduling and leading in-person interviews, and updating ATS with data points to ensure continuityProactively sourcing talent for assigned open roles, using industry-standard tools for finding passive candidatesMake offers and liaise with HR Team regarding onboarding for new employees, as neededWork with the global recruitment team to optimise recruitment practices and systemsCandidate Requirements:At least three years of recruiting experience, hiring across multiple departments including; Public Relations, Media, Marketing, Creative, and AdvertisingOperating proficiency with various industry-standard recruiting tools, including LinkedIn and applicant tracking systemsDemonstrated understanding of recruitment best practicesSpecific experience with full life-cycle corporate recruiting (screening, interviewing, closing)Ability to creatively source candidates, identifying new avenues for locating talent and maintaining a consistent pipelineDemonstrated excellence in both oral and written communicationAbility to speak another language (German / French) is advantageous but not requiredYour employment benefits:A hybrid work schedule of 4 days in office and 1 day at homeGenerous annual holiday package including 25 days of annual leave, 3 personal days and year-end holiday break over the Christmas period.Private medical insurance and pension scheme contribution from the companyLively social calendar with numerous activities and events to take part in.Weekly Office Pantry fresh fruit boxesDog friendly office: your dogs are warmly welcomed hereCycle to work schemeSeason Ticket LoanIndustry-exclusive travel perksGo Explore!
