As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Tekla Technician to join our dynamic design team.



Role Overview:



As a Tekla Technician, you will be instrumental in the design and detailing of architectural metalwork using Tekla Structures software. Your expertise will ensure that designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet all engineering standards.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop detailed models and drawings for architectural metalwork projects using Tekla Structures.

  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.

  • Produce fabrication and assembly drawings for workshop production.

  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

  • Manage documentation related to design projects and maintain accurate records.

  • Assist in the resolution of any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience as a Tekla Technician, ideally within the architectural metalwork or related industry.

  • Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures software.

  • Excellent understanding of metal fabrication processes and engineering principles.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other departments.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field would be an advantage.
