Responsibilities:

As a Test & Service Team Leader, you will:

• Manage a team of 8 skilled technicians, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Act as a technical lead on specific projects, allocating resources and forecasting requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple concurrent projects to meet business goals.
• Provide clear technical input, mentor staff, and actively contribute to continuous improvements.
• Follow and communicate understanding of test procedures, processes, and technical documentation.
• Maintain high levels of production/test standards, efficiency, and quality.

Skills and Experience:

To excel in the Test & Service Team Leader role, you should have:

• Previous experience leading a team of technicians.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and PC literacy.
