They are currently recruiting for a Trainee Accounts person to join their team on a permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has the willingness to learn new skills and gain new experiences to kickstart a career in finance within a highly skilled supportive team!ResponsibilitiesResolving AP queries using Service Now systemFirst approval of invoice codingChecking vendor bank detail changesChecking new vendor formsAssisting with month end reportingWeekly expense report coding checksWeekly stock reportChasing different departments to approve invoices in a timely mannerVarious ONS surveysReconcile and maintain the petty cashChecking for Duty Deferment and PVA statementsMonthly revenue reconciliationEmployee concur set up requestsAttributesConfident with an outgoing personalityStrong communication skillsCan self-motivate, prioritise and manage your own workloadStrong attention to detail with number and problem-solving skillsHours - Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & Friday 8.30am - 3.30pmSalary -Negotiable depending on experience + finance study support +industry leading pension scheme + life assurance + cycle to work scheme + reduced gym membership + free on-site parking + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + company bonus scheme Seniority levelSeniority level Internship Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Other Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Anderson Recruitment Ltd by 2xGet notified about new
