Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in routine maintenance and repairs of fire alarms, emergency lighting, and other life safety systems
  • Learn to conduct fault finding and respond to emergency call outs under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Assist in producing defects and condition reports to support pricing and planning of remedial works
  • Develop communication skills by interacting with customers and the operations team to provide updates on system status
  • Shadow experienced technicians to gain insights into fire safety best practices and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of activities using company software system

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Valid UK driving license
  • Strong interest in fire safety and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure
  • Commitment to upholding professional standards and integrity
