Shift Patterns:�Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30

The Role:

Within the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will learn the fundamentals of what it takes to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be given on the job training and the tools you need to succeed.

• Support recruitment consultants with daily tasks.


• Source and recruit candidates.


• Secure work references and manage job advert responses.


• Conduct daily walk rounds and manage onsite staff.


• Address site-related issues.


• Be on-call for sickness and absences.
